Realizing Personal Wisdom and Its Expression:
A Writing Workshop
Co-created with spiritual counselor Ann J. Temkin, who will not be in attendance due to a scheduling conflict. Workshop will be facilitated by Wayne.
We all have a special message, a profound honesty that’s distinctive to us. Collectively, we share so many human emotions—love, loss, betrayal, surprise—but no one quite matches our voice, experience and desire to share.
The world we choose to communicate with can be as broad as the entire planet’s population, or a more personal realm like our community, our co-workers, our family, or one particular person…or God.
In a safe space, you will receive guided instruction for personal writing, communal sharing and reflection. From this, you will discover your unique truth and ways to express intimately to the world you choose from exploration of…
- What is my truth?
- Who or what stands in my way to empowered sharing?
- What is my safest way to communicate?
- How can I move forward, continuing to live my wisdom?
Led by Writing Coach Wayne South Smith, we will laugh together, perhaps cry together, and leave with tools to share our personal truth.
Please note facilitator and/or participants will not read the personal writing you produce in the workshop. You may share, if desired, in your own way and at your comfort level.
Winter 2017 dates TBA.
Doors open at 8:30 for everyone to meet and settle; workshop begins promptly at 9am.
